These three fundamentals are interlinked, and each one strengthens the others.
- Inner clarity. Develop an articulate narrative for yourself that is practical and clear at all times on any issue at hand. Your gut tells you what feels right.
- Belief in yourself. You own your truth. Stay on the course of what you believe to be right at your core. Do not sway.
- Decisive action. Do not be stuck on making decisions. Navigate and follow through, guided by clarity and belief.
If you squander the details of your problems on incompetent or irrelevant people, the situation becomes overdramatized, messy, and convoluted. Therapists and the wisest friends or family members can sometimes offer great insight, but not always. Take advice, but only the parts that serve you. You know yourself better than anybody else does. Dive into your core truth. External validation is only partly useful, and you cannot afford to be shaky.
Feel powerful. You rule.
